Yehudith Naftalovich is the Manager of Operations, Finance, and Human Resources at the Telekom Innovation Laboratories at Ben-Gurion University. She has been employed by BGU for 24 years, having spent the last 12 years at the DT Labs. Yehudith has held various positions at BGU, including Head of the General Director's Office, Head of the Vice General Director of the Budgeting, Economics & Planning Office, and Administrative Coordinator of the Software Engineering Program. She holds a B.A. in Social Sciences, a master's degree in conflict management and resolution, as well as diplomas in accounting and office management.

She has over seven years of experience in the area of human resources management and extensive experience in project management and administration. Tali received an MBA with a specialization in organizational behavioral and a B.A. in human resources management from BGU.
